We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, define technical requirements, and deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions. The role also involves contributing to solution architecture, integrating intelligent platforms, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects through continuous client engagement and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Service modules).
• Analyze and translate client business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate).
• Develop custom components using Plugins, Workflows, REST APIs, and other Microsoft tools (XrmToolBox, KingswaySoft, Scribe).
• Design and implement data integration and migration strategies.
• Contribute to the overall CRM solution architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Engage with clients regularly for updates, feedback, and satisfaction management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and CRM trends.
