About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging posts and reels, running ad campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence across various digital platforms. Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing various online marketing channels and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable results. This position requires a passion for digital marketing trends, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative mindset to continuously improve campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as search engines, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure campaign alignment and success.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  •  Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
  •  Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic.

3. Social Media Marketing:

  •  Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand presence, engage the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
  •  Create compelling content and visuals tailored to different social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories to engage with our target audience.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences.
  • Segment and analyze email lists to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Paid Advertising:

  • Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor budgets, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Prepare regular reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.

 7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Identify areas for website and landing page improvement to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize website elements for better performance.

8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies.

9. Influencer Marketing:

  • Taking care of influencer marketing, inviting different influencers in our office space and market the office space.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
