About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development & Community Manager to join Creware Coworks. This role is a perfect blend of sales, client relationship management, and community engagement. You will be responsible for handling leads, engaging with potential clients, managing conversions, and fostering a thriving coworking community through events and networking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Manage incoming leads, conduct follow-ups, and drive conversions.
  • Call potential clients, understand their workspace needs, and invite them for office tours.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual tours, highlighting Creware Coworks’ unique offerings.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work towards achieving occupancy goals.
  • Handle inquiries from startups, freelancers, and businesses looking for office space.
  • Assist in lease negotiations, contract signings, and client onboarding.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Build a vibrant coworking community by fostering relationships with members.
  • Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and social activities to engage members.
  • Act as the main point of contact for community feedback and suggestions.
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day office environment by coordinating with operations and facilities teams.
  • Resolve any workspace-related concerns and enhance the overall coworking experience.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase brand visibility.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers for event setups and office requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with coworking policies and enhance the overall workspace experience.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or community management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and drive sales effectively.
  • Passion for networking, event planning, and fostering a strong professional community.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to create a positive coworking environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
  • Qualification : BBA or MBA in Marketing / Sales / Operations
