Responsibilities & Duties?

As an HRBP at Creware Technologies, you will act as a strategic partner to our business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. You will foster a positive workplace culture, support talent management, and drive HR strategies that contribute to business success.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee retention, training, and career development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Resume Matching & Mapping for leading IT Staff Augmentation vertical.
  • Vendor Engagement, Vendor Empanelment, Documentation Processing, DocumentPreparation
