Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced QA + BA who will take ownership of project quality and client requirements, driving the development process from requirements gathering through to testing and release. This role involves managing project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both QA and BA roles and be capable of leading daily stand-ups, defining requirements, creating test plans, and overseeing the overall quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: 

– Project Ownership: Take responsibility for the quality and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to client expectations, timelines, and standards.

– Daily Stand-ups: Drive the daily morning sprints, updating stakeholders on project status, blockers, and progress while coordinating tasks across teams.

– Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.

– Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing. Ensure a thorough QA process before releases.

– Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to communicate requirements and resolve any potential roadblocks.

– Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and development teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.

– Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving workflows, processes, and standards within the QA and BA functions.

– Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, test plans, test cases, bug reports, and process documents.

– Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular demos and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing project progress and soliciting feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

– 2+ years of experience in a QA + BA role, preferably in a service-based organization.

– Proven experience in requirements gathering, project management, and QA practices.

– Proficient in Agile methodologies, with the ability to drive daily stand-ups and sprints.

– Hands-on experience with QA tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).

– Familiarity with both functional and non-functional testing.

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
