Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced *Tender Engineer* responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, including government and private sector bids. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in *cost estimation, tender documentation, and experience handling bids through the * *GEM portal*.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study and analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accurate pricing.
- Submit and manage bids on *GEM Portal* and other online platforms.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Track tender status and follow up with clients post-submission.
- Maintain documentation and records of all tenders and pricing data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in tendering and costing.
- Proficient in GEM portal operations and tender submission processes.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and commercial terms.
WORKING HOURS
Mon – Fri – 9am to 5:30pm
Sat: 9am to 1pm
